Hand-held chipping machine

A pneumatic chipping machine is a device that uses compressed air to drive a high-frequency impact chipping head, thereby chipping, roughening, and texturing the surfaces of concrete, stone, and other materials. Its primary function is to remove surface slurry, create a uniform rough surface, and enhance the bond strength between new and old concrete, as well as between coatings and the substrate.

Integrated Mortar Pump

The integrated design of the mixing and storage tank and pumping mechanism eliminates the need for a separate mixer. The feeding, mixing and conveying are completed in one go. It can transport cement mortar, cement slurry and grouting material, and is mostly used in small-scale grouting, repair, plastering and prestressed assisted grouting construction site scenarios.

Twin-Cylinder Slurry Pump

The dual-cylinder grouting pump uses two oil cylinders to alternately suck and discharge grout, resulting in continuous discharge without pulses, high pressure, and stable flow. Compared with the single-cylinder pump, it has higher efficiency and better pressure stabilization effect, making it the main equipment for large-scale grouting projects in roads, bridges, tunnels, mines, and foundation pits.
