Main Applications

1. Road marking construction on major roads such as expressways, national highways, and provincial highways: Used to mark lane lines, stop lines, crosswalks, directional arrows, and more; this is the standard equipment for high-grade road markings.

2. Application of highly wear-resistant and highly reflective markings: Thermoplastic markings are mixed with glass beads, offering exceptional reflectivity, wear resistance, and durability, with a service life 3–5 times longer than that of cold-applied paint markings.

3. Large-scale road projects / bulk construction: Available in push-type and self-propelled designs, suitable for large-area, long-distance road marking projects, such as new highways and major municipal thoroughfares.

4. Specialized marking applications: Capable of applying rumble strips, raised markings, and colored anti-skid markings, compatible with specialized thermoplastic coatings.

Key Features

Process: Solid thermoplastic paint must first be heated to 180–220°C until melted, then applied using a scraper.

Advantages: Markings are wear-resistant, reflective, and long-lasting, making them suitable for high-traffic roads.

Disadvantages: High equipment costs, complex construction process, requires a dedicated thermoplastic melting kettle, and demands high technical expertise.

The dual-cylinder grouting pump uses two oil cylinders to alternately suck and discharge grout, resulting in continuous discharge without pulses, high pressure, and stable flow. Compared with the single-cylinder pump, it has higher efficiency and better pressure stabilization effect, making it the main equipment for large-scale grouting projects in roads, bridges, tunnels, mines, and foundation pits.
