Solution:

1. Calibrate the jack and pressure gauge as a set; recalibration is required every 6 months or after 200 tensioning cycles.

2. Bleed the system and inspect seals before tensioning; replace oil seals immediately if leakage is detected.

3. Calculate tensioning force strictly according to the calibration curve; do not rely on experience.
