The QYC100 jack is a pre-tensioning through-type front-clamping jack widely used in flexible photovoltaic systems, as well as in pre-tensioning applications using both pre-tensioning and post-tensioning methods. It is particularly suitable for single-hole tensioning and can be used for troubleshooting.
Features
1. This jack employs a front-clamping design, allowing tensioning with a strand reserve length of just 150 mm, thereby saving prestressing tendon material;
2. Equipped with specialized tool clamps, this jack supports the installation of 12.7 mm and 15.2 mm prestressing tendons;
3. This jack enables automatic clamping, tensioning, and de-anchoring of prestressing tendons, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency;
4. The jack does not rotate during operation, preventing excessive elongation of the steel strand caused by rotation.

Precautions for Use:
1. To ensure the accuracy of the tension force, the equipment must be calibrated by an organization recognized or authorized by the relevant national authorities prior to use;
2. Ensure the hydraulic fluid is clean; it must not contain water, acids, or other contaminants, and must be filtered before being poured into the hydraulic pump;
3. Before use, first check that all jack components are present and that the extension and retraction clamps open smoothly. During use, frequently clean the tool anchor clamps and apply lubricant (Anchor Release Agent); do not substitute with candles, grease, engine oil, or similar substances;
4. Before use, bleed the air from the hydraulic chamber by operating the jack at least 2–3 times; if stick-slip occurs, increase the number of cycles. When the piston returns to the bottom position, the oil pressure must not exceed 15 MPa; exceeding the stroke is strictly prohibited.
5. This specialized jack features a built-in sleeve, ensuring no retraction when tensioning a single anchor cable and effectively maintaining the specified tension value.
6. After use, store the jack in a warehouse with the dust cap securely tightened on the valve to prevent contamination. If the jack malfunctions, it must be repaired by a qualified technician or returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Disassembly under pressure is strictly prohibited.

- Mountainous/Hilly/Sloped Terrain: Adaptable to uneven terrain, requiring no leveling and minimal excavation.
- Wastewater Treatment Plants/Landfills: Covered flexible mounting systems featuring long spans, corrosion resistance, and lightweight construction.
- Rooftop Distributed Systems (Long-Span): Spans of 10–30 m, reducing roof loads.
2. Characteristics of Construction Conditions
- High-altitude/rooftop/mountainous terrain: The equipment is lightweight (15–25 kg) and compact, allowing for single-person handling.
- Confined spaces: Shorter than conventional jacks, making it suitable for areas with negative bending moments, edge beams, and guardrail zones.
- High-precision control: Incremental tensioning (10% increments, load holding for 5 minutes or more), with synchronized control.
Key Points for Use (Abridged Version)
1. Preparation
- Calibrate the jack, oil pump, and pressure gauge in advance.
- Thread the cable → Install the working anchor → Suspend the work fixture → Install the tool anchor → Activate the jack.
2. Tensioning (In Stages)
- 0% → 10% → 20% → … → 100% of the design force.
- Hold load for ≥5 minutes at each stage; measure elongation.
- Press the working clamps → release pressure to anchor.
3. Features
