Integrated Mortar Pump

The integrated design of the mixing and storage tank and pumping mechanism eliminates the need for a separate mixer. The feeding, mixing and conveying are completed in one go. It can transport cement mortar, cement slurry and grouting material, and is mostly used in small-scale grouting, repair, plastering and prestressed assisted grouting construction site scenarios.

Twin-Cylinder Slurry Pump

The dual-cylinder grouting pump uses two oil cylinders to alternately suck and discharge grout, resulting in continuous discharge without pulses, high pressure, and stable flow. Compared with the single-cylinder pump, it has higher efficiency and better pressure stabilization effect, making it the main equipment for large-scale grouting projects in roads, bridges, tunnels, mines, and foundation pits.
